There is the symmetry object, duh.. Then there are inverted instances, symmetrical sculpt brushes, symmetrical selections and flipping pose morphs :)

There's also the Mirror option in the Constraint tag

hi, it was made with kitbash pieces i bought from artstation. so i didn't model the individual pieces.

Won't the Instance flipping method flip the Normals too?

It does and it doesn't, looks like c4d compensates for it in some way. As you can see when i make it editable, normals are correct until i reset axis scale to fix selection issue
