All lies by the government, that's their track record, lies. What the whole of Nevada uses is a drop in the bucket compared to agriculture in CA and AZ. They blame "us" / consumers so we don't discover the corporate farms are misusing all the water. Just like any energy crisis. The corporations waste it all , but the government who is bought by the corps. blames "us" and demands we have to conserve.
