My manager was not coping in our department, short temper, has favouritism, humiliate staff and pointing his finger to staff. He was influential and move to another department, the one replaced has exactly the same way of management - he knew the staff right away based on how the other manager knew staff. He was the mentor!! Fault finding culture, politics it was depressing, I love the place but I don’t like the management. 😔

My old boss was a terrible leader. He's fake,Sleeps with his co-workers, clowns around and acts like a teen in a 50year olds body. This was an armed security company. Then he disrespects his coworkers and almost got his ass whooped by a few people we used to work with and yeah, he acts like he knows everything. When he's working he blamed it on the coworkers when he was wrong. He has favorites (mostly the women He fucked). The company is bound to go under because of him. 99.9% sure it'll go under because if him. Only reason he hasn't gotten fired yet by upper management is because he knows how to kiss ass. Man, he could kiss ass.
