NUMBER ONE: FORM ABOVE ALL

Form has absolutely nothing to do with stress-based injuries 😂 Everyone will 100% get injured if running too much. Go do intensity training 7 days in a row and you will get injured no matter what's your form.

@markolim8938 ⬆️ ⬆️ DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS. Of course if you run 20hrs per day you will get injured. If you overstride stress on the shins, hips, and knees are multiplied. Make sure the point where you push into the ground is just below the hip.

Hydration is #1. Proper hydration will make sleep, nutrition, strength training, and easing in to it overall better. Water is life.

Based on what? 😂 Absolute nonsense without any science behind those claims. Sleep yes but eating and hydration which everyone do. And strength training ur upper body has nothing to do with running injuries. It's even harmful as it stresses ur body.
