Living in Atlanta Georgia it gets very hot and humid! Definitely can make the workout harder! Don't get me wrong a part of me enjoys the heat but when it's crazy hot it's just like you hit the wall!

I like the Pegasus line because if you are a minimalist and you want a shoe that's all around it works. I hike, Run 10ks, Rap, travel & being a Dad I only need one shoe for each function but Reebok floatride, Hoka Mach 5 are also great alternatives But Alpha fly is my tested pick for "Only Race Day" & 1 mile Pace runs 🏃🏿‍♂️

Everyone saying here that he wasn't out of shape. OF COURSE HE WAS ! LOOK HOW HE WAS MELTING ! He had/has standards, so no wonder the rest of you look the way you look if you don't consider that out of shape.

I only use music on shorter distance runs to test my speed. Longer without. Some tracks really motivate me to push hard. You know the ones that make your hairs stand up

I just bought actual running shoes & the difference from what I was using is so much, I have to get used to it cause I was running out of breath of how fast I was going! 😅 Keep up the videos bro, I'm working on doing my first half marathon in the next month or so then we'll see from there. 😎

Someone absolutely has to explain this to me. Every chart I’ve ever seen shows that zone two is a range between 60% and 70% of your max heart rate. At 37 years old, my max heart rate is estimated to be about 183 bpm. The high range for zone two then would be about 128 bpm less than 130 bpm. If I walk fast I can get my heart rate between 90 and 110, but the instant I start to bounce in a slow jog my heart rate goes over 130 straight to 140. I’m in reasonably good shape I’ve been working out for four years and I’ve been running now consistently for the last year or so but on and off for the last few years. I eat very healthy, I’m 185 pounds about 20% body fat And I just do not understand however everyone keeps saying zone two is supposed to be like 130 bpm. Less than 130 bpm. I don’t think I’ve ever seen anybody run any speed keeping their heart rate lower than that.
