1. Have green in your meals 2. Do something you love everyday (to reduce stress) 3. Prepare almost your meals at home(keep it healthy so you can control your nutrition) 4. Eat with real WHOLE food 5. Have tea after/between meals (I think we shouldn't buy tea bag so that we can save the environment)

Can you do 3 breakfast, lunch and dinner veg options that are your go to’s or favorites? Even some snack or late night snack options. I still make your quinoa, carrot and broccoli with lemon juice recipe from when you lived in NY years ago and would love some more inspirational ideas for healthy food options like the quinoa one with veggies in this video. Great tips! I've started adding a bed of greens to my meals because of you. I season them with lemon, salt, and pepper and they compliment almost all meals perfectly. It tastes so fresh.

i love you Annie, your videos makes me so inspired. Since i start watching your channel, i am taking care of myself as much as i can. most of the time it is a bit hard to follow. i am working full time and taking care of my mom and my aunt. Most of the time it is too stressful to deal but the only thing that makes me a bit happy and left up, is watching your channel.

Hello luv, I took care of my mom who was sick..for 15 years. Please make sure you take care of yourself (food/exercise). Make sure you dont allow life to pass you by. Significant others or a family. As well as, any goals you have. Just a little info..bc I figure we can learn from each other. You dont want the yrs to go by! I'm still young but if I can give a heads up to others in a similar predicament I will. Take care, blessings

It's bcos of you, I changed 50% of my diet to a lot healthier choices. I have more energy and doesn't get tire easily. I follow a lot of your recipes cos the healthy option is very foreign to me. Pls keep them coming, thank you for all your great influences ❤️❤️❤️ u! I'm from Australia, I don't know where to shop online yet for organic n clean ingredients, I might need to do some researches 😬

Hi Annie, I just wanted to say thank you for this video! I love your spirit :) Also, I love that you mentioned emotional health and sleep in regards to eating. I am currently a student in a Psychology Doctorate program and it's always surprising to me how much mental health is effected by things we consider basic (e.g. sleep, eating and exercise) and vice versa. Maybe you could mention this connection in one of your videos to raise awareness? For instance, depression could be fueling overeating so it could be helpful to see a mental health professional in order to be evaluated. If seeing a mental health professional is out of their budget, there are often universities that offer more affordable services from doctorate students under supervision. Anyway, thank you again for your videos!!

Love the content and the constant reminder. I always try to eat too small portions (for the wrong reason) but today I ate a big one for lunch. I'm so full now but I hope I can go for hours now until my next meal instead of snacking like I usually do. Thanks for motivating us to be more kind to ourselves!

Great tips! Keep the recipes coming and clothing hauls too. I eat clean everyday and I love it. I don’t deprive myself if I want a cookie or icecream though, it’s about balance for me.💪🏽💪🏽

Hi Annie thanks for anther great video. One thing to consider is Green tea after a meal is not good because the inhibitory effects on iron absorption must keep at list 1 hour :))

what's your biggest tips for finding recipes each week and being able to use everything in your fridge? You should do a "must haves" in your fridge and cupboard for spices and pantry items and veggie items etc!! Would love to see yours!!

I made your smoothie the other day and I could tell that my blood sugar went up and in an hour or so I was hungry. The mango and banana was a lot of fruit but it was good and I tried a teaspoon of spirulina I could def do a tablespoon, and I spilled it on my shirt 😂

Hi Annie, I love the video, thanks for this. I also love green tea however I recently found out that if you take it after meals it can stop iron absorption by 60%. Peppermint tea can also stop iron absorption. If you’re a woman of child bearing age we need our iron! I also recently found out that I’m borderline anaemic so need iron. See Whole Happy Life she did a video on iron if interested Just thought I’d pass on xx
