​@@thelondonpodiatrist I'm sorry I was so rude before. I just don't believe in orthotics as a permanent solution. I think our feet can be trained and strengthened to do what they're supposed to. Haven't had those problems but I've hade some issues from wearing too narrow shoes when I was younger. Take care 👍

It's OK, I didn't think it was rude - you should see some comments I get on other videos lol. Actually, I would agree with you that we should optimise our own intrinsic foot muscles, and then orthotics for help beyond our limitations. Nice to hear honest opinions. Thanks for sharing 🙏

Hi, it's hard to say without seeing it and knowing time scales. Often, it can be some dry blood staining, but have it checked by your podiatrist or doctor 🙌
