Some good tips. Gonna try to stay drier, maybe with talkom powder. But I would recommend everyone stay away from orthotics! Might help blisters but they cause a bunch of other problems.

Glad you found some of the tips helpful 🙌 Sorry to hear you didn't get on well with orthotics - it's unusual if they are custom made by a good podiatrist. Thanks for commenting, and all the best 👍

@@thelondonpodiatrist I'm sorry I was so rude before. I just don't believe in orthotics as a permanent solution. I think our feet can be trained and strengthened to do what they're supposed to. Haven't had those problems but I've hade some issues from wearing too narrow shoes when I was younger. Take care 👍

It's OK, I didn't think it was rude - you should see some comments I get on other videos lol. Actually, I would agree with you that we should optimise our own intrinsic foot muscles, and then orthotics for help beyond our limitations. Nice to hear honest opinions. Thanks for sharing 🙏

I recently got two big watery blisters on my right foot, I can't even walk properly cause of that. Turns out that the main reasons was the shoes. I will need to take few days rest before starting to workout again.

Hi, it's hard to say without seeing it and knowing time scales. Often, it can be some dry blood staining, but have it checked by your podiatrist or doctor 🙌
