Anybody who goes out of their way to hurt people, lie, argue, stir up confusion, is nothing but the child of the devil himself. There is no other way to put it. Your advice is on point. Id like to add one to this list, have strong boundaries and see how they respond when you lay down a boundary, narcissists hate boundaries. If they wont respect your boundaries and continuously push them get out.

I dated two narcissists (well now I know that’s who they are) and those times I never knew why they kept trying to get me to break my character. Literally one told me to yell at him after I caught him cheating. I honestly didn’t care because it was over to me. He got mad because I it was that easy for me to walk away. The other one got a one “fuck you” over the course of 8 yrs we were involved and rather than blocking me, he tells me “I’m not mad at you,” then kissed me.

I feel so drained 😫 and he's gaslighting me and trying to make me look crazy.

All those things are entrapment. Like a mouse in a maze. Trapped. They need those things to adore themselves as a shiny diamond ring to attract you. Plus because they are empty. They will become you the things you have told them you love, like and need in relationships. The shell of them will allow them to assume the persona, and what you need. Play acting the person you told them you need. Then that person disappears and the real them shows up. And you are there waiting for the fake them to return. Nope not unless they need to.

My ex-husband was a narcissist when I didn't have the slightest idea what a narcissist was but I still should have paid attention to the red flags!!! Yup i cry at times i was out of the dating game for over a decade the lies after a few months starting to show he was staying with his elderly parents cause he had no place to go but told me to help them, he stopped working despite I met his at a job training becuase he refused to pay child support however he post his children pics everyone on FB , he slept with his sister in law etc. it was crazy I was like a therapist for him demonic I did everything by the book and told him to leave me alone for good after a few monthsgood part his family at least warned me they asked me to come by ad when he was not looking told me about him indirectly I got back my life however lost a bit of funds which'swhich was a business plan thank God. folks improve your discernment as a parent it hard o believe someone woudl future fake to steal and abuse just sick.
