サムネイル、動画のウ、、は、白黒で(願) 便秘の時、洋式トイレで、つま先立ちで、大きく息を吸い込み、止めながら、お腹の左側を、両手で、おもいっきり、下に押し込んだら、出やすい(涙) 過敏性腸症候群の人に多いSIBOでは、控えなければいけない食べ物ばかり?

糖尿病が悪化したときは便秘気味でしたね。 入院後治療がうまくいきHbA1c13→6台後半になり、食物繊維と腸内環境重視に食事を変えて便秘はなくなりました。併用しているロトリガも便が緩くなるので便秘防止になっているのかな。ヨーグルトや納豆、キムチ、漬物は常食しています🍀
