I love that you tested this on black foam, thank you!! So many people test glow paint on white paper but i need it for cosplay :) this video was exactly what I needed- great vid!

Plaid is good cosplay paint was hard to get in the beginning of covid. Ebay is the best way to buy it now they stock pile it there.

Glow in Dark, and Neon paints work best on white surfaces, then paint in the Black background, otherwise paint a white underpainting where Neon and G&D is to be painted. I have found that the Folkart neutral glow works best with 5 to 10 layers
