I don’t know if it is what is happening here or not but if all these companies contributed to a fund to pay delivery drivers that could subsidize the cost of the driver and give the end user a better, cheaper experience. And of course the accounting for all this can be on good old blockchain in a smart contract.

50000 restaurants enter block chain. Is that in the USA or world wide. If it's in the USA then I think those restaurant aren't doing enough to tell it's customers of its transition cause one should see some type of info about this when one visits the restaurant.

They still get paid buy what in some situations called a buydown from the store. The stores are charging more than their in person costs in most cases. Also there are ways that DevourGo can make money via advertising, priority placement in app, feature enhancements, processing etc.
