No ones arguing Kendrick is the better rapper, but Drake has a far larger worldwide fanbase who aren’t as concerned as some of the purists in the US are about whether he used ghost writers or appropriated a particular culture. The last time I looked I thought he was black albeit Canadian, but that doesn’t mean he’s not allowed to call himself a rapper just because he grew up in a nice neighbourhood.
