The Kool G anecdote is a important one. Kool G culturally his currency is high. Kool ZG wasn’t going to compromise his integrity tho. Kool G is your favorite rapper, favorite rapper. But, that’s always going to be the case when you keep your integrity. Kool G was strictly for the streets. And he birth a cohort of rappers he heavily influenced. His impact was huge. We still feeling the ripple effects of it.

You can see how radio songs can change things for an artist: Kool g.Rap is the prototype for bigPun, but one of them allowed himself to make big radio records. And the results for 2 artists with the same skills are drastically different.

Nature SO UNDERRATED had such a smooth flow, the voice, cadence. Loved him 4 All Seasons is IMO, at that time, one of the most underrated,overlooked (East Coast) Albums from that era... From St. John's to Wake Forest, wait for us Straight ballers, you hearin it first Nate flawless
