In Korean, 놀이터 and 운동장 refer to different things. 놀이터 has swings, seesaws, slides etc. 운동장 is a big empty outdoor field, normally at schools/universities, specifically for sports like football, running etc. One thing you should be careful with is that many elementary schools have swings, seesaws, slides in the corner of 운동장. But we don't call that space 놀이터, it's all just 운동장. Hope it answers to your question. ☺
