You can use it in any recipe that uses regular butter. Using it in cookies make them taste kinda nutty and spread a lot to make a thin and crispy cookie

It's used commonly in pasta sauces. Like butternut squash ravioli with brown butter sauce. It pairs well with toasty or earthy flavors
