A lot of fortnite guns come from their older game unreal tournament. Use to play that when it was a PC only game. They also did not have a item shop. You could load custom skins into the game and not get in trouble

2:54 If I had to make an educated guess, Marvel was most likely given a style guide along with a set list of names of skins they could not portray due to legal reasons or comic code authority. It's most likely they where asked to recite the season 9 live event, they didn't see the monster as a asset they where permitted or didn't have reference in the style guide, and to avoid legal issues made a generic monster to use.

No one's really said this but I'm pretty sure the ghost henchman is based off of that one dude from Daft Punk. It's like a plastic-y less techy rendition of the silver one. He wears a suit, although it's white, both of'em wore suits. The Helmet is literally same except the part that is a visor/screen is not that, and rather just two dot thingys that look like screws. It also has a similar mouth like part of the mask. If you check out the hands too, they're awfully similar. Black gloves, with white pieces on some parts of the hand, like the fingers and main big part of the hand (I forgor what it was called 💀) etc. Pretty cool.
