Wild idea, dissolve the powder as you did in the video, but freeze dry it blend it to a not so fine powder, and try it with the cotton candy machine again, if that doesnt work make a batch with the cotton candy mix dissovled in and do the same proccess as stated before

I doubt it’d work. Sugar burns fairly easily, plus you have all the other stuff mixed in with it that probably wouldn’t melt.

Yes sugar rockets mix the powder with stump remover. I do it all the time with regular sugar cook it down into a paste on the stove pack it in pvc and you have solid state rocket
