Billy I have a question. I own a GP 22 hammerhead surface cleaner. Looks very similar to this one but it’s silver all around. I had some problems with it vibrating a little bit so I tried to do some preventative maintenance. I cleaned all the tips, and I took apart the swivel piece and checked the bearings and seals. Turns out the zerk was bad and wasn’t letting grease pass into the cylinder to coat the bearings, realistically I haven’t put more than 20 hours on it myself but I bought it second hand. The spray bar will move back and forth just the slightest bit as well. I checked the spray bar alignment as well and one of the 3 arms is bent maybe a millimeter different from the others. I’m just trying to take good care of my equipment. So I put everything back together the way it came apart and am now just hoping for the best. Should I just bite the bullet and replace both, or ride it out and see how it goes?
