So much effort is involved in making this tasty paysam..delicate bits of rice batter steamed in banana leaves, then cooked in coconut milk , sweetened with jaggery syrup and infused with the fragrance of coconut slivers and cashew nuts fried in home made ghee.and browned to perfection...and finally served with love to all gathered at Bincy's home to celebrate the occasion of WETLANDS crossing the 5lakh mark. Big achievement. Well done.
