Kidney stones. Worst pain. Ever. I got my first one last year and it was so painful I couldn’t walk for a moment and just tears run down my face. BUT drinking that water helps! For the record I just had to drink water and was given pain medication otherwise if they are so big they can use a machine to make them smaller to pass them.

About 2 years ago I had double kidney stones. Keep in mind, I have had 2 completely natural births. The pain was as bad or worse. The shitty part is that they are a common side effect of one of my necessary medications. 😢
