I got few Lishi videos with bikes

Sounds like you need a new locksmith they should be able to look the code series up and know if it’s a key code or not. I do not know if these bikes have codes anywhere I’ve never looked. I’ve always just lishi’d them

Thanks for answering. They did look up the key for the YZFR3 but they didn’t have a blank and details about the 8 pins. So the book found the 2125 code to cut off of for their machine. However he was not sure the key code from the book was right. The key looks like it’s almost perfect but the size is cut a little too small when I look at it with the tail lock it is almost flush. Since it’s a one sided wafer you can hold the key more towards the bottom and it will go flush. However the rear seat is only a 5 pin lock. The key they cut will open the rear seat and gas cap ( gas cap needs fiddling but it will open ). All I was able to provide them with was the Lishi’s numbers using the method you demonstrated in your other video. The next step is to try to remove the ignition which requires drilling out the security screws. Do you have any other suggestions?

@@BoredLockpicker yeah same kind of ignitio but say if slightly different with electric lead can just that part changed?? also can you build the inside of the lock to fit the key i mean can yu put different sizes i to the lock??

No idea on swapping the parts. I’d ask a mechanic. Far as rekeying it. I’ve never found wafers for motorcycle locks to be able to rekey them and I’ve actually looked.

@@BoredLockpicker ah ok i had to buy the ECU and KEYS but no ignition so hoping to pull it apart with the right numbers put in the ignition.

You could probably swap wafers around. Might have to take a few out but you could probably get it to work
