hello! i have a question. my parents raised me really healthily in terms of diet. we never ate fast food, never ate dessert, never even ate cake on birthdays or anything and we nearly always have vegetables barely even any meat. however we do eat a lot of rice and pasta. but in the morning i eat an omelette and for lunch i eat a small salad and i also started eating less than iโ€™m full and i workout however iโ€™m 60KG? so iโ€™m really confused because iโ€™ve nearly always had this lifestyle + diet, my weight has been 54 KG at lowest but it doesnโ€™t go lower than that. what can i do to lose more weight and keep it consistent

How did u choose a weight goal? why 42kg instead of 48kg for example? they're both pretty low and u probably look amazing with both but 48kg would certainly give you more food freedom I think

I think it's more of a Korean thing to be severely underweight. In Korea it's considered overweight for a woman if your over 50kg (very toxic, I know) so they mostly are in the low 40s
