Great idea on those CVC boot guards. I have some old truck mud flaps I've been meaning to fashion guards and attach with the rear removed wheel rock guards. Other than the front winch bumper I have not come close to needing rear protection which could change depending on who is following me...... and the more I think about it, thanks for the solid reminder. What happens when I have too much time on my hands. My XRC is the 120hp 64" with two inch wheel spacers and it gets the job done for my style riding. I pretty much stay away from the sand doones, as they are ever changing, tricky and soft, lots of damage to the unaware rider. You really need to air down around here in the sand. Check out You Tube's; kzfaq.info/love/wdVOry0oNF9WIe_3uCfz9Q "Matts Off road Recovery" and you'll get the idea of worse case scenarios, and get a few laughs.

Well since I did this video I've added two more saddle tanks, new wips and flags, bought a drone (haven't launched it yet), 9" tablet for navigation, new air intakes for belt and injection intake, relocated front/rear camera display, may be some other stuff I can't remember. I need to get a flex funnel to improve changing the oil .

Nice, they are a great project car. Let me know if you have questions or need info on the parts I purchased. My build was based on risks while traveling solo otherwise I wouldn't plan for worse case situations on everything.

I made the 2" extensions out of 2x3 wood

I am not sure what size ( xx gallons) the box is. I got it from a neighbor who purchased a few years ago. No mods to make fit with the tire carrier. I wish I had more information.

Your question gives me an idea. I'll make a video of the various methods and materials used; after all a video is worth a thousand words. Watch for the video to be posted in the next day or so.

2" spacers so it is at 68" wide stance the mirrors are from Amazon but the link shows not valid they are, 8TEN Black Offroad Break-Away Side View Mirror Set for UTV Side x Side Utility Vehicle w/ 1.75" & 2" Roll Cage Bar High Impact Large Wide View, I extended them 2" to get wider view plus I have a rear view camera.

That's pretty impressive. I generally think a lock won't keep the crooks from there intentions, lol, especially out in the desert. I've since sold the X3 because of that.

Thanks 👍 When I am through experimenting with the air intake I'll replace the intake box with the final purpose driven cutouts. No room for a particle separator back there so the ducting is the way to go and seems to be durable enough. I'm always tweaking, so it's never finished, work in progress keeps me out of the bars which are far and few between here in So-Utah.

Yes I believe as you describe. I would suggest checking with a knowledgeable Can Am dealer. My dealer (Moto Zoo) may have installed it on the XRC that made it work together.

This is in a metal building that the door gets left open at times over night. Must of had a little visitor listing to me speak. There is no tell tail signs of any kind, ne was just passing through LOL.

I got hooked on accessorizing that thing more than riding it; I just sold it with only 827 miles over 4 years. Time to move on. Take care.

LOL that was a "oops senior moment". I drive all the time in ECO mode so power and and weight are no problem for the way I drive, plus it is only the 120HP turbo. I am into rock and fast trail riding in Sand Hollow Warner Valley.....I get freeked riding dunes and don't have paddles, the sand at Sand Hollow is like quick sand. If you have watched my riding videos you'll see the type of riding I do out in Warner Valley. I ride solo most of the time so preparedness and dependability and communication are my priorities.
