Spencer attacks and controls the hips and the arms. He never lets go and maintains control over his opponent.

Hes all legs and hips... most wrestlers dont work their lower body enough. You can see thats where he overpowers ppl, especially on top, he has so much power.. i would guess he lifts HEAVY squats and deads etc

@@DanielGennaro he actually only does body workouts and conditioning. He talks about it in his interview with Askren, kid is just freakishly strong. Claims he doesn’t even know how much he benches or squats since he never lifts weights.

Spencer Lee is so good at freestyle, he can train in collegiate only and still beat world class freestyle wrestlers. My bold Olympic predictions: Lee, Yianni, Taylor, Dake, Cox all win gold medals. Will be our best showing in our history. GO USA!

@Yash Jagtap ya it did. Aged just fine. Assuming the olympics happen, Those guys are gonna get the spots. And man i think Cox is gonna have a tough run at the trials vs snyder.

Tropical Terrarium, even if all that transpires, it won’t come close to the success of the ‘84 team in LA. But it would still be an amazing showing for USA Wrestling. Why is everyone counting Kyle Snyder out, though? 🤷‍♂️

I guess it's a Cornell thing. Their wrestlers are mostly counter attackers. It's exactly how Yianni wrestles, too. They let their opponents get to their legs quite easily, but usually manage to get some points out of it.

If Spencer can retain his athleticism and quickness after getting both knees worked on then he’s still the man at 57kgs for 2024. Hopefully he can. Usa is fairly deep at 57. Vito needs to hit the weight room. He’d have no problem at either 61 or 65kg. He’ll never go 65kgs because of is boy Yianni tho.

Spencer and those ACL's...if you know anything about the surgery, they literally match cadaver ACL's for the procedures. Next time..match them up, and put 2 of them in, each knee. Measure them out, anchor and screw 2 in there together, like it was one. MAYBE...they MIGHT last a bit longer...

@@znhait I'm pretty sure they use Cadaver ACLS. Not sure where they'd graft that from, ACL'S Are REALLY strong ligaments.

@@jeffdarnell7942 Autografts taken from the patient are actually more common. Most surgeons opt for the hamstring tendon graft for various reasons, but the gold standard is still the patellar tendon graft. Surgeons will typically try to avoid using cadaver grafts if at all possible.

Much more interesting this time around. Vitos, fakes and re-attacks+ ability to move through space is scary. But Spencer is a monster on top. Should be a hell of a match if they meet.

Ones injured and ones at their peak. Pretty obvious. If they’re both at their peaks I’d love to see that. But from here Lee can only get worse as his body age his knees will get a shit ton worse. I’d give that to Vito. Also the fact Vito is heavier.

Spencer wins probably as Vito when he cuts all that weight isn’t as good as 61kg Vito
