Clutch kit install on a 570 Sportsman ACE (Non EBS) 2015.
Install will be similar on a 570 RZR (Non EBS) 2013-15 and 570 Ranger/Ranger Crew Mid-Size (Non EBS) 2014-15.

Do you recommend the use of loc tight(blue) for the primary & secondary clutch housings? I see the weights have Ni loc nuts. Thanks

No, you do not need to use Loctite on anything other then the little bolts for the helix in the secondary clutch if you machine uses those bolts. (some don't have a helix)

Great video, I just got my 2018 ace 570 in December, has about 50 miles on it, on fifth time out I noticed a quite loud whine when accelerating, any ideas? I’m big into trouble shooting, I know it’s under warranty but I’d like to pin point the source first before bringing it back Any suggestions would be awesome

If its only under acceleration it could be slipping the belt. Does it do it when you are in part or neutral and rev it up?

Ok so I did a full inspection, lifted machine with 4 jack stands, removed all 4 tires and ran in high gear. Noise has been pinpointed to front diff, Polaris dealer says I’ve done enough and thanked me, going in for full warranty.

Does this cover the 2019 Ranger 570 EPS as well.

Yes the 2019 Ranger uses the same style clutches.

@@joshs.5360 it really doesn't matter what gear it is in. When installed the belt i would have it in neutral so it is easier to install but other then that is doesn't matter.
