I was too young to have seen any of Erik's work.....but from every shoot I've listened to with the guy, he is ALWAYS entertaining, ALWAYS charismatic and can ALWAYS tell a great story....THAT is what makes for a great wrestler. I don't care if this guy played college this or amateur that....the guy is a great TALKER and STORYTELLER....If his work wasn't great in the beginning? SO WHAT!? It takes time to learn how to work, but it CAN be learned.....But if you aren't a storyteller....there's no place for you in this business.....And Erik Watts was....IS....a great storyteller!.....I think this guy was a major, missed opportunity.....I wonder if he couldn't still do it today. But if they let him do what he does best, TELL STORIES....I think this guy could be MONEY!
