barakallahufīk shaykhuna, for this beneficial video. your final point is a critical reminder for all parents! many push their children to prioritize their studies and dismiss their requests to get married. subhanallah, not only are they neglecting the huqūq of their children, they are fueling the spread of fitnah and fasād. every parent must understand: your children’s desires and struggles are paramount in this day and age. supporting early marriages are your responsibility. and insha’allah by doing so, you will be rewarded for helping your children preserve their chastity and thereby remaining steadfast in their religion.

Very beneficial ! This one should be in the Jummuah Khutba so that the fathers listen and really understand what their pride is resulting in ! Please talk to us about pride and what pride is in Islam how it’s viewed and what the punishment is ? Maybe also how the girls over 23 should go about marrying when their fathers are of the pride ones and don’t listen to their daughters and their needs … Should we suffer and remain patient or should we step up and do it ourselves ? Focus on going through books and picking up an occasional series alingside if that you enjoy that is free from your usual schedule of studu. I would suggesy do their older playlist on kitaab at tawheed and uthool ath thalatha abd other books first.

As salaamu alakium, what advice would you give a 45yr old woman that's never been married because her father makes it almost impossible for someone to meet the dowry. Five men have basically been rejected by her father with the request. She feels like her father is using her and her sisters as a business and wants to break away from her father as her Wali.

@@imaslowlernerThen she needs, if possible, to arrange for your father to talk to someone he will respect from within the tribe, an elderly or sheikh, one who can intervene on her behalf without her father feeling disrespected. If not, then someone she knows could consult a sheikh on her behalf and ask for advice.
