1 the heat can destroy the coating on the lenses 2 just go in and get them cleaned and adjusted 3 table test is done with the glasses upside down and if one ear is slightly higher like most people it should not be straight or it’s crocked on. 4 good idea 5 clean with dawn or glasses spray 6 most places will refill for free if you bought the glasses there rubbing alcohol can be too strong can damage the frame 7 don’t sleep with glasses on it can misalign the frame 8 this can damage the frame best left to a free adjustment at the store 9 ok just bring a cloth 10 can void the warranty best to go on sometime get a new free frame 11 ok to do then come in for a repair 12 free adjustments 13 no harm done 14 come in for repair jamming a toothpick in could void the warranty and strip the barrel making it unfixable 15 ok cute 16 nooo only an old pair could scratch the lenses 17 cases are free with glasses and by request sometimes there’s extras even soft pouches 18 same as before cute 19 the rule is oval can ware anything if you are angular round is better round face angles are better. Wherever you have roundness put an angle. Opposites attract

So you can't see your glasses on the table about 1 m in front of you, but u can find your phone and the camera app and the camera button. Totally makes sense. And you also have to glue a piece of Microfibre to a shirt that has pockets😑

1:48 don’t use rubbing alcohol on your lenses if they have any type of protective coating on them such as smudge resistance or scratch resistance. Chances are you will ruin the coating you paid extra to get.

Nah...I'm not an eye doctor and cringed at most of these hacks. Any protective coating you may have on the glasses will be stripped right off. People are goona do it and not realize it. lol

An FYI for any microscope enthusiasts out there... a gentle bar of soap rubbed on the glass in the eyepieces will help keep them from fogging up with warm breath. 🔬👍

mrk 762 yes! Mild soap and warm water is great. It should remove grease from your glasses pretty well! Might make them streaky though.

Lots of interesting ideas. The phone holder made by upside down glasses is effective but useless. If you takeoff your glasses to use to make a phone holder you’re not gonna be seeing the phone very clearly and you don’t really need a phone holder.

CAUTION ⚠️ Do NOT put toothpaste on your glasses! You will scratch the lenses! I recommend just going to the eye doctor for any problems you have have with your glasses ex: them sliding down, scratched lenses, crooked frames, ect. Also just clean your classes, PROPERLY with a microfiber cloths, and/or a spray made for glasses lenses. Research or talk to an eye doctor before putting anything other than the things I mentioned above to clean your glasses. Thank you :)

Oof that doesn't sound fun, I don't have glasses but I might need them possibly because I struggle with seeing words from a distance like road signs and the school board are hard to read cuz the words are quite blurry and look like blobs... I can't even see what the board game says that's 5ft away from me.. My whole family wears glasses so it could be genetics why my vision is getting worse. It started getting worse in May and before that it was fine for the 14 years of my life. I think I need glasses.......

I don't wear glasses but I think I might need them, I struggle to see words from a distance like road signs, the board game like 5ft away from me (I can't read what it says 😭) and the school board are hard to read. Because the words are quite blurry and they look like blobs. My whole family needs and wears glasses too so my vision getting worse is probably because of genetics. Sooooo yea I think I probably need glasses... I've been too nervous to go for an appointment tho lmao cuz Idk what wearing glasses is like and idk how people would react if I wore glasses, but I would like glasses because I wanna see better again like I used too.
