Definitely looking at bumper/winch upgrades. I hope those Raptor lights don't make your 4Runner's reliability on par with Ford's.

I honestly think it looked better with the old bumper, but that's just my opinion. Enjoy your ride :)

Hey man.I am doing same thing with my 2013 4runner trail.My question is what did you do with fender flare that extends on to old bumper and it is not painted it just black

I'm doing the swap now 2011 to 2014+ face lift! I'm going with morimoto headlights but am stumped on the wiring. Any suggestions?

I'm really debating to do this to my 2012 trail, but I really like the early 5th gen bumper but then the face lift just looks more aggressive...

@@nonameneededsailing I chose to keep the bumper. Based on the fact it’s “rare” now and looks better (just not aggressive). Look up some cool fab bumpers for the early 5th gen, there are a lot of cool ideas if you too decide to keep it (to make it look a little bit more aggressive).
