Is the LX470 unable to run LED lowbeams without a resister built in? I just purchased a full set of LED lights, and they all seem to work without a problem, but I can only get one side to work with the low beams. Is your mod to get an LED with a built in resister to fit in the housing essentially?

How hard was it to attach to your rack. I have almost the same style rack and am looking at getting this same tent. Looks easy from the back but was the front more difficult because of the fairing.
@MJAltairyКүн бұрын
@@johnliscano7546 if I recall, we had to remove the fairing to install it. But yeah aside from that, it was fairly straightforward. Just be ready to work with tight spaces.

Similar issue here, but mine is 200x300 (not 300x200). Same solution, but the short crossbars must be spaced vertically instead and that did the trick. The second set of longer bars went unused. Note that the 200x300 solution offsets the center of the mount a little over 1 inch which is not a concern from weight distribution given these these as so light now, but it may be a consideration if you want to precisely center the TV between 2 near sides (such as over a Fireplace mantle)....as such the location of the mount bracket attachment to the wall would need to compensate for the offset. For me, it was not and issue given my TV location.

I put the rim on the balancer first to find the heaviest point then put the yellow dot there. It hardly ever corresponds with the valve stem. I have even found the dot machine off by 25degrees on all four same set but usually dots are close to where they should be. I match balance my own cars. Corghi 5000 touchless machine best purchase ever. You did well with that mayflower tho.
@MJAltairy14 күн бұрын
I’ll do that whenever i have a wheel/tire combo that’s calling for a bit more weight than I anticipated, definitely does help, just a little time consuming with a less fancy machine. Those Corghi’s are a beast of a unit!

What part of the country do you live in? I understand the air lift suspension you seem to be happy about isn’t so good in colder climates such as ND.
@MJAltairy15 күн бұрын
If you’re talking about the factory air suspension, yes the cold weather tends to freeze up the lines once moisture enters the system. The airlift I’m talking about is the helper airbags which is really just used for additional support when dealing with heavy loads or a heavier trailer to help minimize the rear from sagging so much. The cold Michigan weather didn’t really seem to bother it much.

Hey man, I followed this process on my 06 B9 Tribeca to eliminate play that my inspector found by pulling on the 12 o'clock and 6 o'clock points while in the air. He said it "might" be the wheel bearing so I followed this procedure which was almost identical. Glad I learned how to change the wheel bearing here but when I was done I realized I missed the mark and it was another issue. Any idea what this can be? kzfaq.info/get/bejne/bdRjmsV2krjFfps.htmlfeature=shared
@MJAltairyАй бұрын
With the car on the ground, are you able to spin that nut on tighter? Might just need to be tightened down more. Also, was the axle ever replaced? Maybe it’s not seated fully into the transfer case? The other thing i can think of is the C clip retainer on the other side of the axle (going into the transfer case). If that c clip isn’t there, i can see the cv axle sliding loose. Check if there’s play at on the other side of the hub (behind the bearing area) or play at the transfer case
