I agree on the outside speakers. It just another hole to leak and usually don't sound that great anyways. Love the camper though. Only thing I can think of is lack of bathroom storage, and a queen bed would be better for me! Another great video!

Love the no-slide camp side, love the camp kitchen position under that big awning. Great unit, except for the shower. The problem with the radius shower is if you drop something (soap, shampoo, wash-cloth), you can't bend over to reach it, you have to sort of squat in place and use the braille method. If you have bad knees, you won't be getting back up from a squat without help. I'm with you 100% on the outside speakers! Ditch 'em!

This makes me realize just how special our 22rbs really is. It has almost the same counter space and storage.

You said 'Haylett RV' LOL...hard habit to break huh? Anyway, here's my RV review review...😁. I love the decor! Nothing clashes like some you've shown (black cabinets, light trim, butcher block table etc) and this doesn't look like it was built by IKEA! I really like how they didn't put in color-matched doors in, it gives a really nice contrast without any clash. And the mirror on the wall eliminates that 'dead space' appearance that so many others just leave. I'm still surprised to see the lack of the Shower Miser in most RV's. Along with the lack of the entry door window shade is another head-scratcher. Love how they finished off the front closet! And the headboard on the bed...only drawback with the bed is a lack of any shelves for your cell phone, glasses, remotes etc. I would have to add them myself, so while not a deal-killer, it is something they should fix on future production runs. Road mode is awesome and if I were in the market for a TT, this alone would make up for what it otherwise lacks. Outside storage is kind of lacking but doable. Would have preferred the Nautilus water system though. Love the theater seating, and...LOVE the true RV two-way gas/elec fridge! These customers know how to equip an RV!). I love booth dinettes but I'd prefer a standalone table, I'm a little 'fluffy' and a non-movable table might actually be a 'decide against' factor, so hoping they offer a movable table? Love carpetless models. The rear window is great, love the rear kitchen, especially that corner counterspace! Nice storage, nice living area layout. Love the 'pantrytainment' system. Wish everyone would put the shade in the door window! It's 'shade ready' but would it really have cost them to include the shade to begin with? Would have also preferred the low-profile AC units...they look way too big up there. Love outside kitchens though this one is really small, doable though, but would prefer a two-burner stove rather than the griddle. Did your hat blow off? 😂 Looks like they actually put a lot of thought and consideration in this design. I'd give this an 8 out of 10. I would consider this one for sure.

It is subway tile installed in a herringbone pattern. This is a great trailer! Has great storage and layout. Being disabled I appreciate the lack of 5th wheel steps. A really good option! Second air for sure with Midwest humidity.

Hey Josh! To keep things from scootin' around behind the TV use adjustable curtain rods. Lengthen them from one side to the other....tighten it snug!😉

Love the kitchen backsplash! Like the rear kitchen counterspace too! We're thinking that tile pattern is more like herringbone than subway tile. That storage space behind the TV is for yarn. Yum gnats. Aren't vampires afraid of their reflection? Love the mood lighting option! The real nittypity is that it has floor vents, so all the pros are moot for us; service dog SHEDS!

We bought this RV last year. I bought canvas storage bins at walmart for storage behind the TV. They stay on the shelf with no problem.

This reminds me of the 1st Travel trailer we owned. I loved that trailer. But again no rectangular shower. :( I love this decor! So light. I love how you can access that upper corner cabinet. Love the 22 inch oven. Dimmers! I would opt for a queen bed. Wow that closed in walk through is amazing.

I would be happy if they didn’t install speakers inside or out. A Bluetooth portable speaker usually sounds better anyways. I like the front closet vs. window because I’m in the southwest and heat gain is a real issue. Great living area with theater seats👍🏻 I’m ambivalent and dubious simultaneously about the corner shower.

CPAP - many motorhomes are selling them with a hole in the bottom of the cabinet over the bed for the CPAP hose to drop down through and have a 110 outlet inside the cabinet. You'd have to cut your own hole in this unit and run the cord over to the wall outlet.

I wish we'd waited a bit, but I'll say this the wife and I love your video's (even though we didn't find your channel UNTIL AFTER we bought our unit)! We'd love to come give you all a visit, especially when we're ready for our next purchase! We love the honesty and the good, bad, ugly you show it all and discuss things that someone new to RV's (Us, personally) wouldn't even take into consideration. I love that the kitchen does NOT have an island. Gives it a much more open feel.

Love the kitchen. Hitch weight is a deal breaker. No door shade. Behind the TV, add bungy lines or netting. Good place for the DVD, game console, games.

To keep things from falling off the shelves in the pantry-tainment section, I would get one of the trunk mesh holders and stretch from side to side

Thanks again for another awesome review. I used a small shelf from Ikea with multiple command hooks and mounted it just above the window valance for the CPap. The valance is a smidgen of support. Being sure to clear the storage door. To get the television audio to come through the speakers, pop off the faceplate of the radio. Remove screws and install an audio cable. Surround(ish) sound. You didn't talk about the theater seat amenities and lights. Also, I love my little spice rack. Behind the television there are a couple of options. Use the soft baskets below to store throws, towels and spare linen. Top shelf tissue and Papertowels. Or top shelf mount a mesh cargo net. Outside kitchen is very functional if you organize properly. 3 lighting down sides. All I used motion sensor lighting. 1) In closet under shelf, strip lighting. 2) Outdoor kitchen. 3) Driver side pass through storage.

Nice Cougar. I like the color scheme, nice that solar is standard. Nice counter and storage space. Would do the table and chairs option. Love the window over the sink. I would use containers, with strong Velcro on the bottom, to hold books or blue ray disks. Unless it’s actually 7’, it is not almost 7’. I like the shower, great to see a towel bar in the bathroom.

Really nice rig! I like the layout as well as our current Durango 5th wheel, and though it's a little longer, it checks all of the boxes that I want in a layout of this size.

It’s nice, But I like the similar Catalina rear kitchen you showed about a week ago a lot better. This one only has living room seating for two, whereas the Catalina had a sofa and two recliners. This one has a better entertainment center, but to me seating matters more. Also, we liked the peninsula that provided separation in the Catalina.

I absolutely love this floorplan, especially for those who occasionally prefer to camp off grid👍 The only negatives are the dreaded double sewer hookups located on opposite ends of the trailer👎and the radius shower. I happen to have one and really wished it was as functional as it is good looking☹️

To keep things from falling, I would suggest getting organizer bins but make sure to use gorilla shelf liner and use double sided tape to secure it. I did this in our rv and everything staid in place. This was after multiple times of things not.

It would be that “major deal breaker” if we were seriously looking. I do enjoy the (Winnebago) rear kitchen’s! You, Haylett, sold us a Winnie Minnie Plus, and love, love it!! Personally….I’d like to see more tt’s that when you walk in, the dinette and all the windows are on the door side! I’d like to look at the back “yard” of my camping neighbors, not the front “yard”, so when we do eat inside, they’re not staring at us either. (I know, I could pull the blinds, but I do enjoy the outside light.) I also would like to be able to design our own inside!! Like here’s the 4 walls, now here’s where I’d like to place things, right from the kitchen, bathroo, the cabinets/cupboards etc… Wouldn’t that be fun!! Ok, I’m done! Thanks for the great videos!!

We owned a 35 foot 2010 Innsbruck and now a 35 foot 2015 Cougar Xlite both with one a/c unit, which is not enough. In the midwest where summer temps in the upper 80's and low 90's happen often one a/c unit can not keep especially with the trailer parked in direct sun or with little shade. Dual a/c units in a rig over 30 feet is a must.

Beautiful trailer! We vote for No speakers outside! We would never force our camping neighbors to listen to our music choices and hope others would feel the same way. 😊. We go camping to get away from all the noise and racket of the city.

I prefer speakers installed outside. A portable speaker is one more thing I have to carry outside and bring back in.

I watched this again they could put bathroom cabinet above the towel bar. Also in the kitchen I did not see a back splash by the stove. The nice stuff they have by the sick should go all the way around the walls in the kitchen. A couple of octopus hooks by the door for coats would be cool to.

Really like the build, the smart build and solar package are really attractive to me since when I buy a trailer it will almost exclusively be dry camping/boondocking. Problem is as much as I love them, I really don't know how a slide will handle our rough gravel roads up here in northern Canada.

How about a tension rod in the pantrytainment to keep stuff in? Would that work? Maybe pantrytainment center is meant to be a storage spot for objects that need to be hidden after arrival and set up. Like a purse, keys or wallet?

Josh, CPAP thought. Do like Sporttrek does in their STT272VRK with the overhead storage above the bed having about a 1-1.5' wide opening in the middle (with no door) that has power outlets up there.

I really just like the rear or front kitchen better than the side kitchens. I like the way the living area is set up. No storage for towels in the bathroom? Gotta have some kind of shelf beside the bed. We both have phone chargers and charge every night. Give and take I guess.

I really like the middle bath so when you have friends staying with you, you won't have to cross over them to go to the bath and the middle of night after drinking that hot chocolate before bedtime..

Tention bar aross open area would be helpful.

8:30 unlike JayCo; here’s an example of where the white kitchen decor works with the darker living room decor (probably since KeyStone/Cougar’s darker wood isn’t too dark = a really dark brown + their white/light, farmhouse-ish, decor isn’t distressed with solid black accents; + their upholstery isn’t as dark either) 👍🏽 👍🏽

One big downside is the location for the auto-leveling control panel with that small cargo compartment door would really make it uncomfortable to operate the control panel. On my RV, as you know, my auto-leveling control panel is mounted outside under its own lockable door. It is about shoulder height that makes it very user-friendly. Yes, I have a 2018 Keystone Outback 266RB. Just my observation. Even on high-end fifth wheels, the control panel is buried deep inside the cargo compartment which makes it very unfriendly.

Look at all that kichen storage! I like the big window over the sink. Behind the tv, you put things in baskets and put Rubbermaid shelf liner on the shelf. Nice practical bathroom. Can you put a shelf above the window in the bedroom for a cpap? Do you have to get a king sized bed? Doesn't that weather under belly help keep rodents out too?

I would never buy another rv with a rear kitchen unless I was going to park it in one place and never travel with it. In this layout, I would get a residential refrigerator rather than an rv type and a queen bed not a king Otherwise it looks nice

Great floor plan. I was ready to say best TT plan and anterior I’ve seen. THEN I saw the cable slides 😳😩. These are a total no go. I’ve got several friends whose cables have broken and looking at used cable slide systems, the rubber seals get all torn up. They need to use rack and pinion slides. Great review though.

I wish someone unbiased could do a video like this on the Crusier Embrace EL250 or one of the sisters. I own one and would like an outside opinion, it has everything much higher end units come with. However, with that said, thanks for the vids.

A simple folding stool would work to sit cpap on. Just need to get it off the floor. The tubes are pretty long.

Very nice. Agree with eliminating outdoor speakers. Not the camping experience we’re looking for. A few misses. Radius shower, do you really need two entrances to the bathroom? No side tables in bedroom. We use cpaps. Stove placement. Dislike stove right against a cabinet / fridge.

Yes this is cheaper then a fifthwheel version but nothing beats the towing confort of a fifthwheel, but this thing is nice, with people ordering you get to see floorplans you don't see everyday. I really like the living area could Care less for the bed slide would rather see a closet slide. I really want to see more of that, I would probably put a 2 or 3inch tall flat piece of board for the behind TV storage or just not use it lol👍👍

agree on a/c i would always put as much air and heat as can in a rv, i live in southwest, can be quite hot and cold both depending on where you are when, and most rv owners do travel to climates opposite of home as well anyway, i was thinking i would like to see more and larger skylights in everything since they are great for those thunder storms and nights up late.... until i thought of having to look at that day time star that is hot as f@#$ when out in desert, you would cook with skylights, blocked off with shades or not. the one good thing about not having windows everywhere, which sucks at the same time..... be comfortable and cant see much, or see everything and bake in the 120 degree desert during the day. hell of a choice. no need for a stove, just put the pan with eggs and bacon on the dining room table under the skylight, will be ready soon enough. this looks like it would make a good desert trailer, great for both extremes you get out there, not too terribly big can not get thru easier off road areas most 2wd can go without issues, such as common boondocking areas, going near lake or river, lots of trailer and rv tolerable terrain out in desert, biggest risk being sunk in something softer than it appears after a rain storm or going around a corner to find that one spot everyone else without a 4x4 turns around lol. certainly no offroad trailer, just that... it doesnt have to stay on totally solid pavement either. the kind of trailer you take the couple miles to where the road gets a hair worse, set up there, can take truck to explore farther from there if want to, nothing says can not upgrade suspension and tires to be a bit more suitable without going crazy either. and can still live in, in a park or in the desert, in the snow, where ever with enough room also... decent mix of abilities without being great 100% at any of them, except for keeping you warm and cool. need washer dryer, as all rv do, is no laundrymat in middle of desert. overall excellent.
