1st thing I noticed is that it has a clear window in door. YES! this should be standard in ALL trailers. Nice to include shade but shade ready OK too. I just bought a 2024 AIM 16ML and first 2 mods we did were 1.swap toilet to 310 and 2. Swap out opaque door window for clear with shade..what a nightmare due to design by lippert! Took over 2 hrs. Love that it has a hot water tank. AIM has tankless and it wastes too much water just to get hot water. Not good when you have no hookups Other than that I LOVE my AIM16ML.

Wait until your black water tank is 2/3 full if possible and the tank will have a better chance of fully flushing and use RV toilet paper that will break down in the tank👍unlike Kleenex and Charmin that will “NOT” break down properly and may clog the tank😬

How fun, now this is why we have a Newmar and macerator Dometic toilet, no issues but this is a great info video.

For a small, inexpensive and simple TT this really is an ideal choice.

I like this one, Josh! Great for when I have to take the grands along but not wasting a bunch of space to do it! The rest of the time this would be a good couples RV for when it's just the wife and I!

I love my external tank cleaner clear elbow. I use it for both tanks every time we go camping. It gets rid of all the smelly yuck in both tanks. Thanks, Josh! You're the best! Oh! I also made the no TP or Poo rule...we don't usually camp for long, though, and of course off grid the no poo rule doesn't work...

We had some unsupervised kids go through quite a few of our RVs and play with the fire extinguishers. Grrr - but u caught them and made their dad pay for the damage and clean-up.

This seems to be more of an issue with boondockers who conserve as much water as possible. I use the black tank flush hose every time I dump the black tank. With full hookups use lots of water. We had an issue when we took the travel trailer in for service and had not cleaned black tank. I used the black tank flush to add pressure to the black tank, just don’t use the toilet when doing this.

I learned the value of using *plenty* of water to flush during my first extended solo trip this year. Don't be miserly when flushing waste down the toilet. It'll make the emptying so much easier! Avoid building a 💩 mountain! Thanks, Josh!

To be real, "flushable wipes" aren't flusable to begin with. If they don't badly clog your system, they'll definitely do it further down if they aren't rarely used

How to change out a grommet marker light on a Winnebago FLEX

Three things I tell everyone. There is no such thing as to much water when you flush. After dumping put back in at least 10% tabk capacity of water back into the tank. Lastly dump with 3/4 or fuller tank. I have found when my sensors start acting up I put about a 1/2 cup of water softener (I use liquid fabric softener) into the tank after dumping. It changes the properties of the water and helps clean the tank and sensors.

This one hits many of the high points for my family. But missing that ladder mount would be a pain for sure. Don’t know why they don’t connect the dinette table to the wall and lose the 2nd table leg - should be more leg room and even save a couple pounds to boot.

Thoughts: Shoe garage under the couch on the right side where the flip down is. Enclose under the bed to make it outside storage only. Flip the headboard like you said. Add front jacks. Needs the fold down sink that GD uses in other small campers. I’m in the camp that I need a sink in the bathroom.

I'm not sure what someone could put into this nice little trailer that would get anywhere close to the 1400lbs cargo capacity. I love this little trailer.

2 burner for sure. Never use 3 burners at once inside a camper! Oven is.. take it or leave it. I like the storage. Of course we use our oven for storage. :)

Simple rule: if it is not on the provided roll or was in your stomach at one point, it does not go in the RV toilet.
