The way Toast slowly turns to 5up and back at the house is pretty intimidating. No wonder he became the dictator of the old minecraft server.

it 16x16 block so if you dig underground more than 16 block. You will get taxed

Apparently if you build down, it's not safe from thieves since the claim block only protects your lot from surface up and not down.

Because he's the one that organized all of this I'm pretty sure. He was also the one to organize who would be joining the server.
