Looking forward to the rest of this video series! I didn't know that you could use a 6.4 intake manifold on 6.0, did they make any improvements on airflow and balancing in your opinion?

It’s actually not as good of a manifold in my opinion.

What if one of those super hard and super brittle manifold studs snaps off in the head?

I don’t see that being a problem. Ti studs are regularly used in race applications. That being said if that does happen you just tig weld a Ti nut to it and back it out.

my 6.0 coolant is over heating only the ECT coolant :engine EOT will follow after around 10 minutes. any idea will be appreciated.

I would start by checking fan functionality.

@@InTheShop fan is good will start roaring over ECt 210 . it wont keep the coolant temp down. i m doing a deep flush and changing the radioter and water pump .

@@fritzs1207 next step I was going to say if the fan is good is I would check the water pump and make sure the radiator flows freely and has good air flow.

@@InTheShop thanks i will keep you posted Note : i removed the stat to make sure good flush . i have two valve like faucet installed on the engine block flushing is super easy without taking the stater out . im now waiting on parts .
