You saved my ass and my sanity. Excellently easy to follow. Did it within 4hrs. Was back in action. I couldn’t have done it without you.

Absolutely love the truck. couple questions. is there anything you would change with turbo sizing? also who is the tune from? I have read vgt compounds have been a issue for tuning in the past. Thank you for your time and keep up the great videos!

Today's AWD SUV's with side mounted engines (crank is left to right - not front to back of vehicle) are front-wheel-drive-always and rear-wheel-drive-added as needed by the ECM/trans computer. Most have a clutch system at both ends of the rear drive. At times the rear drive shaft will actually completely stop turning altogether when "not needed" in normal operation. Most rear drive shafts have at least 3 (and sometimes 4) u-joints in the rear drive shaft. If any of the center u-joints begin to "lockup or stick" the whipping of the shaft can be very scary. The car can shake so bad the glovebox may fly open. If you have a vibration that is driving your mechanic crazy - there is one good thing about these AWD systems. For no (or little) cost have the rear drive shaft temporally removed. The car will still drive just fine, just will be a front wheel drive only vehicle. If the vibration is gone, replace the entire rear drive shaft as an assembly. Both GM and Ford (and most other brand names) AWD's use non-rebuildable rear drive shafts on these models. The center "rubber" carrier bearing(s) is not removable and is "trapped" between two welded parts of the shaft. Look to Rock Auto for a replacement and save a $100.00 bucks or so. And until you can put a good one up to replace the bad one you will have a plan-Jane front wheel drive vehicle.

Would you recommend checking the injector cups when replacing the injectors?

What kind of cordless tool are you using with the cookie wheels? Is it just a small drill, or is it some sort of higher speed grinder? Does it need an attachment to fit the cookie wheels?

Not long ago I spent a ton of money replacing 2 batteries, fuel pump, ICP, IPR, high pressure oil pump and all 4 left bank injectors. The truck, 2003 F-250 , 6.0 power stroke ran very well f for about 3 months. Now, it cranks and runs fine when starting cold. After it runs a while, it won't crank. All work was done professionally. I give up. I will not spend another dime. I have it for sale. Any ideas that I might pass on to a prospective buyer? I wish I would have kept my 97.

Why can't they come up with a reliable fix for the HP oil leaks? You have to change he standpipes and dummy plugs at the same rate that other vehicles get oil changes.

Good evening, saw your video, great, Just wondering how the new dust seal gets installed? on the front Axle assembly, or is it pushed in? When you install the axle shaft and that new seal gets installed at the same time, please let me know, thx😊

What benefits does this have over stock?
@InTheShopАй бұрын
The stock MAP sensor only reads to just below 30psi. If you have a setup that makes more than 30lbs of boost and you want to read accurately on a monitor or datalog you need this. If you don’t make more than 30psi you don’t need it.

This problem is intermittent which differentiates it from slop in the steering box etc which is consistent year after year. If you only operate in 2wd can both shafts be removed completely to solve this steering wander problem?
