The Farmers Son is a special one. You don't get too many kids willing to do what he does every day. Thanks again for sharing and we'll be watching.

Most kids that live on a barn, usually help with most of the things actually kids even butcher the animals sometimes on the barns.

Hell yeah that’s awesome gentlemen! Always like to see the young ones “getting their feet wet” in early Mornin’ discipline. But..dear God does it remind me too much of PT,work,eat, sleep, recycle haha. Have a good 1

I wanna get a few cows some day. I see lots of people keep the calfs tied up. Why do they get leashed when they are young vs when they are older? I appreciated a look into caring for cows, thanks for sharing! Seeing a young boy doing this gives me hope that I can too!
@kassidylandwehr27304 жыл бұрын
When the calves are younger they will suck on one another and you tie the calves up to break that habit so when they get older they will not suck on the others udders and also I is easier to feed and manage them than if they where just running around in a shed or calf barn.
@alexabel7514 жыл бұрын
Ahh okay! Makes sense. I didnt think about having to round them up. Thanks.
@giannab78073 жыл бұрын
Do you only lease em when it's time to feed?
@discovr4me2 жыл бұрын
No disrespect...before they move to the other bar -are they chained full time or just during feedings? I've never seen that before.

Why do you work needlessly, feeding calves, when they should be being fed by their mothers?
@cathleenlindsey31282 жыл бұрын
I feel really bad for these baby calves. They should be free roaming with their mothers. This is so unnatural and so unfair to them. How would you like to be chained to a 3-ft chain 24 hours 7 days a week for God knows how long. Seems to me you can find a better way to make a living then torturing these innocent babies to line your pocketbook. Absolutely disgusting.

Why are the babies chained up and not with their mothers?
@christmasbirthdaygifts36774 жыл бұрын
I know I hate it its so unfair for them and they have so much space i think they need free rome its not fair for them and there all squeezed together its just not fair

One calves suck each other and they tie them to break the habit and lastly you can keep track of them better when you know where they are

All of these calves should be drinking milk from their mama. Not a human hand with a bottle.
@maxhallman10363 жыл бұрын
Maybe they don't have one because cows are either the best parents or the worst parents
