Hello, hello, hello!
I'm bringing you another cooking video as we're still in lockdown and was wonderfully surprised when Philadelphia Cream Cheese reached out asking if I have any snack recipes to share...of course I do! (fyi - personal favourite is the instant noodle one because it's just SO EASY)
None of these recipes take more than 15 minutes, 20min tops if you're slow or watching this video as you cook for instructions. Or you can find the written instructions for each recipes here: www.janicefung.com/6-super-si...
►Mexican Grilled Corn - Street Food Style
2 ears of corn
1/4 cup of mayonnaise
3/4 cups of Philly cream cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 wedges of lime to squeeze
Pinch of paprika
►Spicy Instant Noodles with Cream Cheese
1 packet of spicy instant noodles of your choice
Cream cheese (as much or as little as you want)
►Cream Cheese Deviled Eggs
4 eggs
1 1/2 tablespoon of mayonnaise
1/2 tablespoon of cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon of white vinegar
1 teaspoon of dijon mustard
6 EASY CREAM CHEESE SNACK RECIPES! (MUST TRY INSTANT RAMEN HACK!)
Paprika to taste
Salt & pepper to taste
►Cheese Tea (just like the ones at the bubble tea shops)
100ml milk
200ml whipping cream
200g cream cheese
2 tablespoons cooking sake
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
100g sugar
Your tea of choice (hot or cold)
►Jalapeño Poppers
5-10 Jalapeno peppers
200g cream cheese
1 cup of Cheese (parmesan and cheddar)
1 sprig of spring onion
Paprika and garlic powder to taste
A handful of potato chips
►Avocado & Cream Cheese Smash on Toast
Half a ripe avocado
A few slices of red onion
Cream cheese to spread
2 slices of bread of your choice (I recommend Rye bread)
Salt and pepper to taste

When I’m craving French onion dip, I mix Philly with a bit of mayonnaise or plain yogurt, a good squeeze of lemon juice, and plenty of those dried fried shallots that you can buy from Asian grocery shops. Salt to taste. Let it sit for a while before eating so the shallots can soften.

Don't know how you do that but I literally bought 4 packs of Philly cream cheez today and now you release this video. It's just like the day you released your Korean food video right after I bought all the packs of kim-chi available at the Korean grocery, I was planning to do a decadent cream cheez cake but now you just added some delicious options... And it's the corn season here... 😋

Cream cheese on a bumper of a car would make the bumper of the car taste amazing!! 😊😋 Yay for you with the Philadelphia Cream Cheese company sponsoring your video. That is just super cool! I'll have to try that dollop in my next batch of spicy ramen (that I purchased from a local Asian grocer. I love going into this little family owned market... most items I cannot read the labels, and I spend a lot of time searching for some English translation on the label. Sometimes it's there, other times it's not. However, the owners are just the most adorable people... and are ready to help you in any way possible, in spite of a severe language barrier. I purchased a couple of "spicy" noodle ramen/soup packets... and the first one was so hot that I am now hesitant to try the second. So... now I'll try adding some cream cheese to it. I have a question. If someone wanted to send you something, how would they go about doing it? Are there restrictions, surcharges, or anything that would cause you to have to pay money for anything shipped to you from the USA? Customs fees? I am curious. I have been contemplating sending you non-perishables and some fun stuff from the USA, but have no idea what it might end up as a result on your end of the world. Please let me know. Great fun video!!! I love cream cheese... on a lot of stuff.

The corn looked great! The fat in the cream cheese would counteract the chilli heat in the ramen, in the same way coconut milk does in Thai food. Thanks for the tips, stay safe there. My tip is an old one - mix a pack of French Onion soup powder in cream cheese to make a simple but delicious dip
