Dr. Ernest, thanks for teaching me and giving cofidence in this technique.though i am not the doctor but ony i have the degree of health assistance of Nepal. I had worked with orthopaedic surgeon for about one year but unfortunately he did suicide. I have keen desire in orthopaedic. though i have not practised in any patient but your technique and anatomical knowlege . has given the confidence to so.pls give me proper suggestion

Seated, with a pillow under the knee, so the knee slightly bent

7:52 shows medial side, says "lateral"...

"Anterior" is more to the front, doesn't make 100% sense since it is a longitudinal structure. Inferomedial/-lateral are the actual terms used. Oh well, as long as people do it correctly, the name doesn't matter :-)

The terminology used by orthopods is 'anteromedial' and 'anterolateral' when talking about these areas I think they're looking at it from the perspective of surgical port access, since that's where they go with their ports when doing arthroscopy.
