RESULTS!! Day 1: I can barely even stretch out my legs straight lol burning a lot in torso Day 2: Doing better still a little burning and sore for day 1 Day 3: Getting better at it i can stretch out my legs completely straight now sore muscles turned into stronger ones! Day 4: Getting less motivation because not seeing quick enough results (I was being unrealistic) Day 5: Starting to see great progress and starts gaining back motivation it doesnt burn as much anymore but if it does I know its helping Day 6: AB LINES!! I feel more confident with myself Day 7 OR MAYBE 41?: (Last time im editing these) I honestly lost track but Im so happy i did this video it helped so much I gained abs in a month! (AND WITHOUT EQUIPMENT!!) ALWAYS BELIEVE IN YOURSELF!!

Hate to burst your bubble, but you don't "Gain" abs. Everybody has them, and losing enough subcutaneous belly fat to make them visible takes a lot longer than a month. Not through exercise but by eating in a calorie deficit.

Did this workout With the following tips and got my abs in 1 month: • do this workout twice a day • drink more water • do jogging daily/treadmill Last 1 week do those exercises 4 times at once and u'll get abs like me Hope this helps

Been doing this for a couple of weeks already and can see a tiny bit of definition, I will be keeping track in the comments. EDIT REMINDER: this workout can take lots of time for visible abs to be shown, according to different sources it takes a year for visible abs to form. I can feel muscle building up underneath my stomach and its hard. day 1-✔ day 2- ive gotten sick ofc right as i start to keep track ❌ day 3- sick and trying to recover ❌ day 4-✔ day 5-✔can do with 0 breaks now :) day 6-✔ day 7-❌ dealing with stomach issues day 8-❌ day 9-❌ EDIT 2: ive decided I'm going to do this work out every other day, so it's given time for my abs to rest. day 10- ✔ day 11- rest day day 12-✔ rest day day 14:✔ day 15 ✔ felt the burn today day 16✔already a month in but i cant see any physical abs yet day 17 ✔ day 18 ✔ day 19✔ day 20✔ day 21 ✔ i think i have a 2 pack now!! :) day 22 ✔ day 23✔ day 24 ✔ Day 25! ✔️ I would overall recommend this workout. Day 1: Hurts like heck Day 2: Sore Day 3: Kinda sore but did it twice in the morning and the second time was better Day 4: (Today) Hurts like the second to first time, thats how you know I should keep going. Updating tomorrow! Day 5: Feels like day 1. It hurts but burns. Recommend it Day 6: Feels good. Doing this with le sserafim workout. Day 7: Toe touch feels like period cramps but I know it's working. For anyone who doesn't see progress after a week keep going, you're only getting started. Day 8: Took a break because baby shower Day 9: Back on track! Day 10: wasn't motivated so break Day 11: doing it again Day 12: Hands are sweaty, but this got easier! Day 13: Break again 🙄 I keep getting interrupted Day 14: Doing it again! Day 15: Done Day 16: Done Day 17: Done Day 18: Done Day 19: Done. It's working! Day 20: Done, idk why but this makes my hand sweat and my stomach feels good. Day 21: Done. Sweating Day 22: Couldnt do it (room problem reason) Day 23: Couldnt do it either Day 24: doing it again, and to make up for it, im doing this three times. Day 25: Im doing this 2 times with 2 other workouts. Im gonna be dead after this but not as dead as yesterday's workouts lmaoo. Changed my mind, I did 3 workouts for 3 times and im sweating sm. Day 26: Break Day 27: My toe is holding me back since I got a piece of my nail removed so it hurts really bad, I'm gonna try to do it twice tho and see how I'm gonna shower because I think I'm going to faint just looking at it when I take the bandage off. Side note: I only look at my stomach on day 1, then day 10, then day 20 and 30 so I won't discourage myself. It's better for me to not look at it everyday, or else I won't be as motivated.

Day 1 - A little Challenging but I was able to complete it. (I already have a flat stomach just aiming to get abs that pop.) Day 2 - Way easier than yesterday and feeling great! Day 3 - Definetly felt the burn today. I can also see the defined lines of a 6 pack in my abs already! 💕💕💕! Again, not sure if you are taking requests. But, if you are, I was wondering if you'd maybe do a series on low weight/ bodyweight exercises you can do to improve a lift. Say you're working on like your hip thrust, maybe a 10 min or so segment on form, mobility, mind muscle connection etc. To do either before your workout or in between workout days. It doesn't even have to be the major lifts, I think it'd be cool to work on anything (shoulder press, bench press, push up etc). Thanks for reading my ramble!!!

Well I had a rough time around working out at this point bc I gave up gonna be honest but I wouldn’t say hurt it’s just sore(edited: mostly my abs were sore… my back was fine). Make sure u have a soft cushion to support ur back and what not! I may try again and work out in the summer when there’s no school keeping me busy!

I am 14 , and I recently like a month ago started one excersice 'Get stronger' and today 23rd July I started 2 new excersice one is 'Increase height' and the other one is this one. And now I am doing all these together so I hope the progress gets a bit faster. Week 1 : Update -> I already had ab lines because of my previous workout but today when I checked them after a week they looked more toned and defined. Week 2 : Updates -> I missed 2 or 3 days this week so there is not much difference but I can see my cheekbones getting highlighted (and also I started another excersice for 'Back Posture') Week 3 : Updates -> I am able to see and feel the line between the abs more clearly. Week 4 : Updates -> My abs are pretty much visible but I still think that there's a long way to go. Week 5 : Updates -> I missed excersice so many days this week so no changes worth mentioning Week 6] Day 1 : Day 2 : Check Day 3: Check Day 4 : Check

Awesome goal. Also, just a friendly FYI, whether or not you are a 4, 6, 8 etc pack is based on genetics and what you were born with. Revealing the abs however is what we work to obtain and what it sounds like your goal is. You might find out you have a 6 pack when you reveal them. 🙂 6 pack is apparently the most common. Basically, everyone has 2 "columns" in that region for the two rectus abdominis muscles. What changes depending on the what the individual was born with is the number of bands of connective tissue. These bands determine the number of "rows" we have in our 4/6/8/10 pack (apparent 6 is the most common and things like 2 and 12 are possible but very rare). The number you’re born with is completely up to chance and does not change if you get stronger/lose more fat. But good luck with your goal and have fun. :-)

Doing this 2 times a day Day 1- Some exercises were a little difficult and I definitely felt the burn! Day 2- the first time doing it was fairly easy second time around was a lot harder 😅 Day 3- I had really bad allergies and felt awful so I skipped day 3 Day 4- Had a sleepover with my friends so i was busy Day 5- definitely making some progress even with the 2 days without doing this!!! Day 6- Day 7- Day 8- Day 9- Day 10- Day 11- Day 12- Day 13- Day 14-

Don’t do it every day! Do every other day or 3 times a week. And have a day of rest in between. Also only do once a day or your abs will be goofy or you wont have any.

Doing this starting Monday. Taking pictures everyday til Sunday let’s go! Also doing it 2x a day 👊 Monday: Oof that was a sweaty ball of fun. I did it though! Tuesday: Feeling a little better. Still was tough. Wednesday: I’m feeling more energized through my day and did it with no complaints! Thursday: My friend came over and we did it together. We are the muscle baddies. Friday: Did this in the morning and had plenty of energy to swim that day! Feeling good! Saturday: BreH my period started. Ain’t stopping me tho cuz I just did it. No painkillers either cuz I am swole. Sunday: Verdict:

I did this workout daily for months several months back. Built up a lot of core strength and stability in my lower back. Then I stopped working out and lost all of that. Coming back to this workout to build that core stability again. Going to do it daily or every other day depending on when my body needs rest. Day 1: ✅️ (1 round) Day 2: ✅️ (1 round)

Gonna try to do this for a week! Day 1: Jesus Christ my abs hurt 😟😟😟 the burn is real Day 2: god my abs are BURNING (Rest day) Day 3: getting a tiny bit easier but good god do my abs burn! (Rest day) Day 4: it’s getting easier!!! Day 5: starting to see results! Day 6: didn’t take a rest day today :) my abs are starting to show more :D Day 7: one whole week doing this and my abs look flatter and I’m starting to see a bit of definition. I’ve been working out my abs for about 3 weeks now, and I’m gonna keep going on this workout I think!

@@lexrice4109 I do still do this workout, and I try and eat lots of protein but most of my food is still kinda junk food. I do this workout with a couple others to get better results though :)

Doing this for one week straight! Day 1: Holy smokes! I did each workout for 2 minutes straight and shall I tell you I am sore! But you know what that means, it’s working! Day 2: Soreness is starting to die down, but I feel it’s been working even though it’s not visible! Not going to give up! Day 3: Soreness is back again, seeing a little improvement in weight, lost two pounds. On this day I did each one for 4 minutes straight, what a day! Day 5: Now I’m seeing the change, my abs/six pack is really starting to come! I did each workout for a minute today! Day 6: Lots of improvement! Did each workout for 2 and a half minutes today! Day 7: (last day) I am telling you this worked! I really thank this lady for providing these workouts! It was a hard journey, but you know what? I got through it! Just remember never give up! Nothing impossible and I was not expecting the results to be like this. Very good workout! Total weight loss: 2 pounds Ab improvement from 1-10: at first I’d say it was about a 1! Now bumped up to a 5 or 6. These were absolutely AMAZING workouts! ❤️

Well i have been doing this workout for about 4 days straight and here are my results Day 1- was quite easy for me but took a alot of break in between cuz I was way too tired after doing just 1 exercise Day 2- my abs were hurting but It was not that intense but still it was way too exhausting had to do the workout had to take breaks in between Day 3- I could see a lil abs line forming and the abs were hurting while doing this workout but took 2 breaks in between yay! Day 4- the abs line are still visible but not much of a difference but I feel less exhausted and kinda really energetic than before ( I will suggest to do a alil warm up workout before this workout cuz this shit will make you cry but trust me your future self will thank you later) Well I'll keep you updated after I do this workout it for a week straight
