As soon as I hear the phrase "NO REAL DJ" I instantly tune out. Not interested in someone determining who is and isn't a real dj. Yes, I understand there has to be a certain minimum standard, but problem is that it doesn't take long before these standards become really arbitrary and are more about impressing other DJs and not the audience.

How does the karaoke subscription work? I come from a more Mix Show DJing background and thought about maybe incorporating this as part of my services to pick up extra work on my off days. Would you recommend it if I were to JUST subscribe to that Karaoke service and start playing out as a Karaoke DJ? Is there a big enough a catalog to not have to worry about not being able to provide that type of service regularly?

am new to using virtual dj for streaming i was using ecamm live but wanted to try virtual dj one thing i have noticed is that live streaming from virtual dj to mixcloud after 8 hrs mixcloud disconnects and reconnects again but using virtual dj it does not reconnect like when i was using ecamm live is there a setting in virtual dj that needs to be tuned on please help

yes i have a question when using the latest version of virtual dj. What the best settings to use to stream live music on you tube..Is there a certain setting to use to make your stream better without buffering

I think it is in with the latancy settings under audio. There should be a tab to boost up the numbers on how much is buffered. Might help.

Can you down load any stream songs to save and use without data??

I think if you subscribe to KZfaq, KZfaq let's you download those songs that you can input and use at a later time without having to stream in real time. They'll be loaded and ready to go.

You can't anymore.. there was a short period of time you could.. but, now that is not possible.

Virtual DJ told DJ TechTools that “Spotify is currently no longer available in VDJ 8 as they have recently changed their terms in regards to using Spotify inside Professional DJ applications.” DJ TechTools noted that there was an existing limitation in Spotify’s licensing that prevented “the streaming or caching of 2 tracks simultaneously.” In short: Spotify pisses off DJs and customers, intentionally.
