These are critical insights that we often don't take the time to hear/understand or don't want to. For example, for some, it is much more fun to shop for cool new software than to hunker down and get some things "written" down. I have to be careful as cool new software is a form of procrastination that is soooo hard for me to resist:) Blather aside, it is rare we see such consistently good insights offered with gentle, fun and appealing approach. You help us recognize what might be shortcomings (which is the 1st step to doing anything about them) and then actually offer options!! Many thanks for all you do!
