Hi Matthew. I'm sorry to hear that. I hope you find the videos helpful. There are several OCD charities and some good literature available for e.g. 'Over-coming OCD' by David Veale and Rob Willson, so don't worry about the Drs (frustrating as it is) as there are other ways to get help. Katie
