I find that when I’m watching song tutorials, getting the proper chords and notes doesn’t mean much if you don’t truly hit the FEEL of the song, and the feel of the song seems strongly related to the proper picking patterns and/or strumming patterns. So, please keep them coming so we can add to our choices and inspiration!!! Thank you! 💟💜🍆💜💟

Just love Your Videos! That strumming pattern on 8:00 reminds me of a beautiful Song "Voices" by Dario G. (The Beach Soundtrack). Maybe it doesn't sound exactly like that song, but the feeling it transports is exactly the same. Maybe You can make want to make a tutorial for that beautiful song? I guess that would be liked a lot.

How long? No simple answer. I was terrible at that until I chanced acress a Ms B video. I wasn't thinking of it the right way. Just get your uke, follow what she says and keep at it. Bit by bit, you'll get there. Could be days. Weeks. Or even months. But you will get there. Just make sure you enjoy it!

When I pronounce it the Hawaiian way, I get called out. When I pronounce it the mainland way, I get called out. When I spell it the way Spanish speakers spell it (ukelele), someone’s feathers get ruffled. What I’ve learned is that a word is a word and if it communicates the meaning, the accents and variations are just that -variations. ❤️
