Having a card that lets you add any spell like a better Toon Table of Contents would be crazy af. Some other notable cards I thought was crazy were Bastion’s Yokai deck. More specifically his combo of 2 certain cards that kept cards from being sent from the graveyard unless destroyed by battle. So you can’t use handtraps, you can’t fuse from the hand, you can’t use any of the Foolish cards. The monster in question has to be DESTROYED in battle. I thought those were pretty amazing

We kinda already have a Graveyard rebound with the card Transaction rollback, but rollback can only copy a trap in the GY.

Pillager also appeared in the anime adaptation of that same duel.... to keep this 10% Manga exclusive, might I suggest a card used by Reiji in the Arc-V Manga that has the players share their graveyards. I forget the name of the card... but I am not kidding on that effect... he used it against someone with a mirror based deck to take their own cards and their own GY based strategies and use it against them.

Surprised you didn't mention that pillager also just adds the card you take from your opponent to YOUR hand. That is insane

Card of desperation sounds hilarious. Make a graveyard only deck, dump everything and do whatever as you resolve tens of effects, the 3 cards you draw largely don't matter xD

Card of desperation wouldn't be that OP back then. There were almost no good graveyard effects. Most graveyard effects were just battle destruction floaters, so there is a descent chance dumping your deck to the graveyard wouldn't do you any good making that card arguably a worse version of Pot of Greed, so still a good card but not really broken. Also except for Monster Reborn, for the most part you weren't summoning stuff from the graveyard.

I'd say Genesis Omega Dragon could also maybe fit on this list. Haven't read the Arc-V Manga so I'm using what's on the wiki. "Gains 1000 ATK at the start of either player's turn. When this card is targeted for an attack or by a card effect (Quick Effect): you can place 1 Pendulum Monster in your Pendulum Zone from your hand, Deck, or Extra Deck; negate that attack or effect and skip to the End Phase of the turn. Once per turn, you can destroy monsters, up to the number of cards in your Pendulum Zones." With how it's worded it almost makes it seem like you're able to target it yourself with card effects to use it's effect as well so you could potentially just put your opponent into the position of where they just don't get a turn.

To balance card of desperation, you just need to add that you cannot activate card effects from the gy that turn. This way you need to use resources from your hand to get those cards out of the gy, instead of using 37 foolish burials

Yes. I will forever be an advocate for broken cards. 😂 Magicians Library could just be once per turn, and yes it’ll be add another 1 spell card. Just period and Spell books Of Pot still being both draw 3, with a once per turn. (Yes I like broken cards), and PLUS, I feel like those cards can easily be stopped in todays Yugioh. I mean other card games have much more broken effects and still do well 😭

I think Spell Books From The Pot could actually be printed if they gave it a hard once per turn. It's a -1 and your opponent also draws 3 so if you can't win that turn, you probably just lost the duel since your opponent is now playing with a 9-card hand. It's only really good going second. It's only really going to be good in deep draw Exodia which is not a competively viable deck anymore. If this was still the GX era, it would be broken but the game has advanced to the point where I can see a card like this being in the game.

I have an Idea for making Magician's Library fair. Just add the text "If you control Dark Macian, Dark Magician Girl or a Ritual Spellcaster monster". I don't even think it would need a Once per turn, since DM is just that much of an awful card, that nobody would play it, except those DM fans

Lmfao Banish Face down is too much of a limitation for Desperation. Banish Face-up should be enough, and Banished Monster effects cannot be activated this turn.
