I have very "spiritual nerdy" conversations with folks and recently began wondering why any deceased spirit would ever choose to stick around people and torment them when Heaven has a very liberal policy towards forgiveness of sins so even if you were a tool in life, you're GONNA get in. So... hang out forever with someone you hate or Heaven? I mean, talk about stupid. Then I got to giggling... I've decided to torment any spirit that decides to try to torment me. *Spirit tosses object across the room*. Me: "that the best you got? Hey, what kind of loser hangs out annoying the living when they could be in Heaven? I wouldn't be wasting MY time here. See ya later, bye! That's what I'd be doing!" And when they go quiet: " hey, hey! You still hanging around? Still afraid of the most forgiving beings in existence?" No rest for the unrestful... But seriously, people- the dead DO NOT BELONG among the living. They'll literally kill you, but by making you sick. There are some who need to be taken very seriously, but your typical rando who just shows up in your house got there by either following you home or running from some bit of spiritual nasty out in the streets (the world of spirit is SO MUCH richer than most folks coming from a Western background understand). You Aunt Alice, you just have a gentle conversation about how it's really beautiful and she just needs to fo to a funeral home or some funeral service and the light or door that appears for the deceased accepts all comers. Everyone she's loved who has died already is waiting for her and that generally seals the deal. They just need to be talked through the process, given some directions and we'll catch up when I cross over. There are a few who are seriously attached to the physical plane, attracted to my husband for various reasons and follow him home from the hospital he works at, etc. Usually, they want to move on when they're told that much of what we've been told about the afterlife is wildly inaccurate- Heaven is in the forgiveness business, not the judgment business. If that doesn't work, I begin educating them about how their "lives" will basically consist of a vampiric energy draining of people, who will then sicken and die and they'll begin to fade away until they're nothing or so twisted even they won't recognize themselves. That takes care of the vast majority of them. Once in a while, a nasty one will hang on, but I have tricks and when mine don't suffice, I know people who will hurl them out of my house so hard they'll bounce across town and run to the Light. Those are those who have lived in physical bodies. Some beings shouldn't be dealt with in this manner, but they don't usually do petty, minor level annoying stuff and you'll KNOW if you're sensitive. Maybe I'll just talk to them FOR HOURS like this post. They'll RUN out the door lol

Rule 7 should have been Rule 0. I got a school assignment once where the last step was "do not do this assignment". It was to test whether the kids did things step by step or whether they analyzed all the steps first.

Ostensibly the test is designed to shame students into following instructions. But it's also a behavioral experiment. It subtly encourages students to inflict petty cruelty on each other. And they do. Those who stopped after reading the final step, inevitably mock those who painfully grind through each step in order. Thus ironically, those who passed the obedience test are first in line to fail the hidden moral test. Turns out, if an authority figure encourages kids to inflict petty cruelty, they always will. This is why genocide is a recurring blight on human history. And why social media is dragging us into civil war... (algorithms reward trolling).

Reminds me of nice short story about a guy about to summon a demon and this person appears and he assumes it was the demon as the person told him its more about the desire then the action or something like that and they made a deal for alot of wealth for his soul in I think seven years time. Seven years go by the guy used his wealth mostly for good things, he indulged here and there but never really got greedy he just wanted to help people. He knew his time was coming and certainly was scared and sad but willing to own up to his side of the bargain. The guy showed up seven years later to collect his soul and asked how things went, the man talked about all the good he had done with it but in the end he knew he had made a deal with the demon and his soul was going to Hell. the guy took him by the hand and told him, Hell isn't the only one that makes deals and that he wasn't a demon. I rather liked that story.

I have a weird question. There was a story I heard a while back and it was about this creature that trapped the main character in his cousin’s pool. I think it was his cousin lol. Anyway, the monster was described as black and hairy I think. It was afraid of the water so the character had to keep swimming around so the creature couldn’t get him. Someone on Reddit said they were pretty sure it was Stephen who narrated it but they weren’t one hundred percent sure. So my question is, was it Stephen who narrated this story and if so what was the name of it? It was a really good story! Edit: I found it! It’s called I Guess The Forest Demon Can’t Swim and it was narrated by CreepsMcPasta!

"Summon ye not what ye cannot banish". Seriously, if you feel the need to call something evil, use the protective double layered circle from "The Key of Solomon" and summon the Archangels at the quarters or the Lords of the Watchtowers. But even with these precautions (which take a lot of time and effort to master) it's still a terrible idea. If you ask them questions, you can't trust the answer. If you want them to go after an enemy, the karma will be threefold. If you want riches or power, you will become corrupted by it which will lead to your downfall. It's not worth it. Even if you don't believe in it and you do it "fun", your subconscious will take it literally, and the act itself is immoral since you're intentionally asking for something sinister to manifest. Let me put it this way. If you put a hit on someone, but the hitman rats you out instead of killing the person, you'll still be convicted of a crime.

Right? I was kinda surprised when he said it was "too far". Burning the mannequin was alright, but it taking Matty's form wasn't?
@Saraphis_09
@Saraphis_09 Ай бұрын
That was what I was thinking. I thought that maybe he would even go up to the mannequin and hug it because he missed his brother so much or something. I even came up with a theory that Matty was trying to communicate with him somehow through the mannequin and tell him to stop and that this is stupid. I guess maybe the protagonist saw it as a mockery from the ritual about his sick brother? But if it were me, I would have had at least a small spark of happiness, thinking that it was a sign towards something good happening.

I can tell you as someone who knows a lot about this kind of thing. I can say that the majority of people think it’s all about the action when it’s based on intention. This is an easy way to get tricked by spirits and get hooked by a spirit. They can lie and trick you so you’re going to want to summon your spirit team.. your angels, ancestors and spirit guides to assist you in the spirit realm. Cleansing is always first, you must wash downwards to remove all of the bad energy from your person and your spirit. I would suggest that you pray and fast and ask for help and a cure. You have to make sure you’re not calling upon the darkness because they stand at portals waiting. Then if they give you what you want they will require you give them something in exchange. Usually it’s blood. Depending on the favor they will demand you feed them. Most importantly any spirit that you contact during the bewitching hours 12-3am are likely to be evil. It’s their time to roam. Be safe.
