@Nonaya Bidness Thats sooo common in this game though. People use personal stories and connections and just lie about one part of it. It happens in like almost all of the episodes because its easier to change one part of a truth than make something up. Her truth is still her truth and it's completely uncalled for to bring the vibe down like that when it was still a true story, the only lie was the career.

Sasha's lie was fine. She only lied about being a runway model. Which is the entire point of the game... I mean it is something personal, but she can use her personal story or make one up. I think Tyler was just upset since she related to her story, since, again, it was a real one.

Exactly. Sasha says she still does modelling on her own and sends the photos to her incarcerated dad so the only part that was a lie was that it was runway photos. That was out of hand for Tyler to do and put Sasha in such an awkward spot. I'm glad she won.

Sasha deserved to win, without guilt or criticism. They all knew the rules of the game when they agreed to participate. The story of her dad belongs to her too. To suggest otherwise just doesn't make sense. I do not believe for a moment that she was using that as a strategic ploy. I enjoyed this video. Every single one of the participants were beautiful and generous in sharing their stories.

Tyler’s reaction was so uncalled for. There’s no need invalidate Sasha’s experience with having a family member in prison just because she’s not a runway model. If she was that hurt by her telling her story, then all she needed to do was have a private chat with her (not in front of a camera and everyone else) but instead she wanted to spoil Sasha’s win.

It’s not fair at all. This is literally a game of deception. The first tick of lying is to use as many real details as possible. She didn’t lie - she shared her experience, telling the truth making it believable. I can almost guarantee the only thing she was thinking about was “ok what motivates me?” If that’s truly what motivates her it was a clever answer. Only an emotionally immature person would get upset.

You don't have to apologize, Sasha. Your father is part if your story, and at your core as you said you do everything in his honor. I think it is more offensive to say you "stooped low" for even bringing up that part of your story. If you were lying, yes that could be more controversial because you would be taking a story true to many people and using it as a way to "gain points". However, this is your truth, and this is your story. Continue speaking about your loved one because their story is part of your story, and how dare the other contestant shame you for speaking on it.

The entire point of the game for the mole is to lie. For Tyler to call the mole out at the end about it is ridiculous especially since Jubilee doesn't have any rules on what you can lie about. Tyler saying the mole “stooped low” is just cope for the fact that she didn't guess correct. Also, not every black person knows someone who is incarcerated so it isn't like the mole could know it's offensive.

Tyler should look in a mirror and realized SHE stooped low. She could’ve made a special connection with someone else who also has a family member who’s incarcerated, but instead chose to put up a huge wall of separation between them by invalidating her. Its not okay to invalidate people even if you lose in a game!! specially something as heart breaking as having your father be incarcerated.

I am pretty sure she felt a friendly connection with Sasha and it sort of invalidated her feelings. That’s something Sasha goes through everyday and she has to live without being able to see her father and bring him to special occasions. I think people are missing when Tyler said “same” at the incarcerated loved one story, I think she was so offended because that’s her experience and she probably felt blindsided to know that someone she thought she had something in common with seemingly didn’t, but Sasha cleared up later that it was a true story. The reason Tyler got so butt hurt is that she thought she found another black woman in the same position that she was in and started relating to her. It is not Sashas fault for the way Tyler began to build a made-up friendship in her head. Her father's story is her story, it has affected her every day. Tyler is very opinionated and there is nothing wrong with that. However, this is a game where you literally EXPECT people to be lying. Why sign up for this if you can't handle it. Sorry you got blinded by your own emotions/feelings towards a stranger, which ultimately lead to your loss in the game. Get over it.

The sad part is they probably could have become actual friends because they seem to have such a similar story and they could have bonded over that, but Tyler ruined it by invalidating Sasha’s story only because she doesn’t do runway

@@f4lconn true but it's pretty bare minimum in the modeling world, that and 5'8. So I can see how she can be upset she's probably been told she too before. Height very important aspect to modeling

I’ve been to a catwalk before for some international Asian designers. Since it’s not the super well known luxury brands they do accept people who are short. (Though they still tend to be skinny, and definitely have a nice walk) I watched from a balcony and they looked really tall, I was very surprised when I came done and found that some of these gorgeous models were even shorter than I was !(5’3) the heels may have helped, but short runway models exist!

I think she was just more upset that she was the mole at the end. Since there was a sense of relatability. But regardless, Sasha played the game in telling small bits of lies. In the end they are all strangers and may never encounter each other again. So it was quite surprising to see Tyler get upset but I suppose that’s primarily because she trusted a stranger a bit too much.
