Joshua Gooden a diesel 4x4 will get stuck in mud because it’s too heavy. It’s also not meant to crawl like a jeep; 3/4 ton 4x4 diesels are WORK TRUCKS (hauling). You want to crawl and play on the trails?! Buy a wrangler.

phuck ewe the AISIN automatic is the heavy duty transmission for the Cummins. The G56 is rated for less towing capacity than the AISIN mainly because of the weak clutch but the internals aren't as stout as the AISIN either.

Joseph Marciniak that’s why I’m building it 😂😂😂 what fun is buying an Aisin or 68 that I can blow up easily when I add more power/bigger tires/different gears. I can rebuild a manual I had a 48rfe in my 06 and blew that thing up in no time, building a g56 will cost 1/5th of the price it costed me to for a build 48, simple as that also, I hate automatic tranny’s they all feel like slush boxes and crap. I shift my own gears more fun, control and how a car/truck should be driven! 💪🏼

Calibrated Power has a tune out that will put you over 1200rwtq and 450-500rwhp all while keeping the factory warranty, def, and all other items stock.

To be honest, we’re lucky we have any diesel trucks at all right now. The EPA has it in for diesel. Keep your eye on the used market, there are clean off-lease diesel/manuals that come up from time to time.
