lets not say we experience the "same issues" yeah short people probably get comments all the time but its not the same for a tall girl. Men express all the time how they dont like tall girls because they are masculine or too tall and prefer short girls. so lets not pretend short girls have it hard or just as hard as tall girls. The only short people that have it hard are men or little people.

I can't get certain jobs because of my height, people think I'm 12 all the time, and there's the obvious not being able to reach most things. Driving is a struggle because it's hard to reach the pedal. It's not all about mens attraction

I’m not that tall (only 5’8) little higher than average. All the men I’ve dated have been my height or shorter! They love tall girls. It’s usually the really tall guys that I’ve noticed that want short girls that even I was “too tall”. Being tall is very attractive! Don’t feel down about it!

all the women are so beautiful and positive!! i feel like being tall as a woman is associated with masculinity a lot of the time, which is sad to see and could easily make someone insecure in their femininity. your height has nothing to do with how womanly or masculine you are, your attitude and energy does and these women were perfect examples of that💗 keep uplifting each other gorgeous girls!!

@@bla7849 exactly, in order to be seen as feminine when you’re tall, you have to be stunningly gorgeous such as a supermodel to compensate. for most regular / unconventionally attractive women being tall is associated with masculinity. as a tall black woman myself i cant just exist femininely, i have to try extra hard to be viewed in a womanly way by wearing makeup etc. these stereotypes don’t just come from men but fellow women as well. it’s sad but it’s my reality

@@toelickers and I wouldn't say that supermodels are compensating for being tall 😂😂. They are supermodels *because* they're tall and beautiful. They couldn't be supermodels, nor could they compete in miss universe pagents if they weren't tall. So to be a supermodel/pagent contestant you *have to* be tall because tallness is percieved as beautiful and slim long bodies as feminine 💕

@@bla7849 i didn’t say SUPERMODELS are compensating for being tall by being beautiful, tall women who ARENT supermodels have to be beautiful to compensate. also while a supermodel’s height is important for their job , they also got their jobs by having extreme bodily proportions such as hourglass shape and being very skinny. i’m not built like a supermodel, and neither are most average tall women. that’s why we’re often asked if we play any sports and pressured to do so, because a regular tall person is more comparable to a sports player than a model. it’s annoying and demoralizing.

I knew it was the Mexican girl because (not as a stereotype) but predominantly and historically, people from Central America are shorter than the rest of Latin America. And if you have traveled to Mexico, you would definitely tell the difference!

I’m one of the people weirded out by the title and it has nothing to do with not liking tall girls. The title feels like someone is an outcast and not in a positive way especially since really short women have had problems with their height too and have been bullied like tall women just as they mentioned but “in reverse” and/or not taken seriously in certain spaces because of it 🙄. Tall men don’t generally have that issue, they are usually praised for being tall and so when the short guy got praised for once, it felt really nice.

I’m 6’1 and was always asked if I played basketball because of my height and it annoyed me so much as a kid. I was a thrower (shot put, javelin, discus) in track and field and loved it. It’s so hard shopping for shoes because I’m an 11 or 12 in women’s depending on the brand.

I could tell as soon as the introduction showed all of them in their interview chairs. You can see the short queen's head looks bigger and her body and shoulders look smaller compared to the tall ladies. I know from experience as a short girl with short girl friends! My husband is shorter than me. I've never had a problem with men seeing my height as a disadvantage, they've always been attracted to it. That must just be your personal preference.

The way height is judged is wild. Im 5'2 and someone once asked me if im okay being so short since being short is less attractive. My short(ish) woman privilege had never considered this before and i was like huhhhhh???? But i feel like it goes to show how much it fcking sucks for people who are actually super tall or short who probably get weird comments like that way more often. The comment didn't deeply hurt me but it also definitely stuck with me

I’m 5ft 9 and I’ve always been hyped for my height, I was so shy growing up I hated the attention but in the end it got me a modelling contract and boosted my confidence a lot. I can’t tell you how much I LOVE being around tall women, I’m usually the tallest girl in my group and in my family so when I’m around other tall (or taller) girls I feel so empowered bc I see how incredibly beautiful they look.. they command a room, it makes me feel so blessed to be considered one of the “Amazonian” girlies. Although this video definitely made me feel a little less tall 😂 ALL these ladies were gorgeous! Love the content!! 👏🏼 ❤

We could have a language rookies (just beginners) v/s native speaker series :) The native speaker could pretend they are learning from duolingo or some other source and only know basics of a language. The rookies will have to find out who the native speaker is.

Immediately knew who it was. Upper body is always a dead giveaway. Also, seating her next to a woman who was clearly 6’5” and her seated height being the same as the 6’5” woman when she claimed she was 6’1” also gave it away. Tatiana was even visibly shorter seated next to women taller than her and was also “6’1””.
