Liver is one of the five vital organ on which our life depends and it performs very important functions like it detoxifies our body of harmful toxins and chemicals and is also one of main part of our gastrointestinal system helping us have a better digestion.this is also the second largest body organ.
In this video we will talk about 6 very important symptoms which are related with liver disease.
1=Disturbed Sleep Pattern.
Normal sleep pattern is to sleep during the night and be active during the daytime but if find a disturbance in your sleep pattern wherein there is restless nights devoid of sleep and you doze the day around then this may point towards some liver issue.
2=Lack Of Appetite
Feeling Hungary 2 to 3 times a day is normal as we need food as energy source on regular basis but if start avoiding food Most time of the day then this may also point towards some liver ailment.
3=Decrease In Memory and Cognition
As one of very important task which liver performs is to remove toxins from body but if there is a liver problem and these toxins start accumulating in our body then one of their bad effect is on brain and its abilities like Memory and cognitive abilities.
4=Unexplained Weakness.
If you start feeling weakness which is not neither intentional (dieting) nor explained otherwise then one of the reason can be liver disease.
5=Itching
Skin itching is caused by disturbance in level of Bile salts wh8ch liver deals with and needs your attention from liver point of view.
6=Yellow skin and Eyes.
One of the main function of the liver is to remove bilirubin from the blood which is produced as a result of destruction of Red Blood Cells but when liver disease is present then this may show up as yellow skin or eye color.
If you or any of your loved one happens to have any or all of above symptoms then its imperative to consult a liver specialist called Hepatolofgist or some Gastroenterologist.
