If you do your research, any boss with narcisstic personality disorder only has one goal. Which is to bring down the entire company.

I see this in my supervisor. Six good hardworking employees have quit in the last eight months. I might be the seventh here in the near future.

Not necessarily. Sometimes bringing the company up, bolsters their self-esteem. A psychopath might do that.

Yes. Their self-esteem is what matters. Even if they own their company they will bring it down if doing the right thing to make it grow would force them to be humle and a lot less self-centered@@RajaMCool

Mine took a weird twisted pride in bullying people out of the workplace. Then would get mad that we were short staffed 🤷‍♀️

When you go to do the research on a narcissist personality traits if your wise you will immediately quit because if you don't you will yourself end up having anxiety panic attacks and and get on anxiety pills I guarantee you quit it's not worth it they're extremely sick individuals and there is no healing of them no psychiatry no medication nothing can heal them.

It all depends on if the narcissist wants to get better and is willing to tell the truth and do the work but it takes extreme understanding from a psychiatrist. If the psychiatrist isn't understanding the narcissist will leave

Best thing s, don't engage as best u can. U do u... find another job. Report him to HR the day you leave. That's what I did. ✌️

This is good advise. One thing I'll point out is in the company I work for they have this posted on the cork board. If you see something, say something. Problem is the entire crew has been screaming to HR, the district manager and the local manager but for some reason it gets completely ignored. Now 6 good workers have quit because of this guy and I'm about to be number 7. Someone us protecting this jackass for him to get away with what he does. Either he has dirty info on someone above him and/or as long as the numbers look good to the powers high up then they just don't care.

When you know you're good at what you do, always will to help others that in itself takes fire from a narc boss. My immediate supervisor will not look me in the eye anymore, now I force him to play on my terms and rules of engagement. He weaponizes his incompetence in his position. I wouldn't advise this but it got to the point I had to bluntly tell him that he was lazy, that he sucked at his job and that he was enamored with having power over people. I also added that sadly that was not my opinion but rather it's a very obvious observation. And I said all of that sternly without telling or showing anger towards him. EDIT... Let this also be known about a narc in a position of power. They'll goad you into blowing your cool and losing control of your temper then clammy step back and accuse you of having a bad attitude and will try to discipline you for what they started.

yes, they will pick at you. If this button doesn't work, they will just jump to another button. If you know what to look for, it gets comical. The emotional immaturity is so obvious, the school-yard bully is so puffed up it's ridiculous that a grown man would act like this

Thankyou for this Vlog. As a Person Grows Old sometimes a Dreading Past Bad Experience, an Episode which lead to Insecurity or a Fearful ACEs (Adverse Childhood Experiences) due to an ODD, gets Conditioned, Masked over 🎭 with Different Layers or Colours. This Core Fear 😨 lying inside the Different Layers comes out as a Panic Attack in the Later age. That's when some of the Adults are considered as an ADHD I have Experienced this when I was Diagnosed with Psychosis 10 yrs Ago. As on Present Date, apart from Anxiety I am also considered as an ADHD Patient. Like even if I am having a Normal Conversation, my entire conversation is considered as an ADHD or I am considered as a Narcissistic Person who expects Respect or Obey me. At times Provoked intentionally again and again to Communicate with Unwanted People having Cheap attitude, Cheap Mindset similar to a Criminal with Cheap upbringing. This triggers Anxiety and Anger both, which appears to be a Narcissism.
